Clear rules for a fair platform

By creating an account or using Vidyentra, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Account information must be accurate and kept up to date.
• Each account is personal and may not be shared or transferred.

Registration costs ₹100 as a one-time fee. Each certification assessment costs ₹249. All prices are shown transparently before checkout. Fees are non-refundable except as set out in our Return Policy.

• You need a score of 80% or higher to pass a certification assessment.
• Scoring is server-side and final. Results are recorded against your account.
• You may retake a failed assessment after a 24-hour cooldown.
• Cheating or tampering with assessments leads to disqualification.

Passing certificates receive a unique ID and QR code and can be verified publicly on our verification page. Certificates are issued in your account name and may be withdrawn if obtained through prohibited conduct.

AI tools (Resume Builder, ATS Checker, Mock Interview, Career Roadmap) are provided as-is for guidance. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it, and for ensuring any personal data you provide complies with applicable law.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including scraping, reverse engineering, interfering with assessment integrity, posting harmful content, or attempting unauthorised access to accounts or systems.

All content, assessments, branding, and software on Vidyentra are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time; certificate records may be retained where needed for verification integrity.

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vidyentra is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of incorporation of Vidyentra Technologies Pvt. Ltd..
